Cancellation and refund policy

At KhelBazar, we aim to provide a hassle-free return and refund experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our return and refund process works.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:
✔ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✔ The product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
✔ Return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Certain items like innerwear, socks, customized products, or clearance sale items may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

• Go to KhelBazar Account → “My Orders” → Select Item → Click “Return”

• Provide images (if required) for verification.

• A pickup will be scheduled within 2-4 business days.

• Once received and verified, your refund will be processed.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after quality checks. Refunds will be issued to:

• Online Payment Orders → Credited to the original payment method.

• COD Orders → Credited to your bank account or KhelBazar wallet.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchange is available for size or color issues (subject to stock availability).

• If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be initiated.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The product is used, washed, or missing tags.
• Wrong return request (different product sent).
• Return request is made after the return window closes.
